Clothing care guide -

we recommend hand washing all of our garments as they are hand sewn or hand printed. We understand in some cases you need to use a washing machine so please wash at no higher than 30 Celsius on a gentle wash with similar colours. do not tumble dry. do not iron. look after your frankenstuffed clothing and it will last you a life time!

 

​Returns -

 We do not accept returns on underwear/tights/socks for hygiene reasons. If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us. We will be happy to help you. If you need to send something back to us, you will receive the return address. Please send the item to Frankenstuffed via tracked shipping. Once we get the return, we will refund you, but if the item comes to us and it is damaged/dirty/or not how we sold it, you will not be refunded (unless we have talked with you about the item's damage before you return it). We will not refund your shipping costs, and customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well.​

Shipping - 

orders are dispatched usually within one week after the order is placed. If you pay for tracked shipping you will get a tracking code once your item is dispatched, this will allow you to see where your package is. If you do not pay for tracked shipping, we can not track your package after dispatch. Once your package has been dispatched it is handed over to the Royal mail in Scotland so don't hesitate to get in touch with them if you have any issues with tracking or your package.
